Virtual World-class Keynote Speeches
Olympic Gold Medalist and Bestselling Author Nikki Stone shares with companies how to achieve world-class performance and productivity. Nikki’s virtual presentations exude the same energy, passion, and inspiration that so many clients have raved about in her stage and conference settings.
WORLD-CLASS LEADERSHIP and DRIVE
The Strategies and Tools for Everyone to Be a Champion and Increase Productivity and the Bottom Line
As the old saying goes “champions aren’t born, they are made”. Olympic Gold Medalists have reached a level of success that very few people in the world have achieved. It starts by setting a culture of performance and excellence, particularly in high pressure moments. Olympians constantly look to understand their strengths and how they can improve their weaknesses. Learn how to be at your best from someone who studied and lived this for decades. The participants will recognize and be able to apply the skills it takes to be a champion in the workplace. Nikki will help guests increase output, become more productive and learn their true potential.
WORLD-CLASS RESURGENCE: (aka: The COVID COMEBACK)
The Secrets to Resilience, Revival and Renewal
The people who have risen to the top and stayed at the top have world-class resilience.
Champions need to prevail amidst changing environments and conditions and must be resilient and solid when things occur that are unplanned and/or have the potential to upset the plan. Nikki learned these skills through a spinal injury in which 10 doctors told her she’d never ski again—this was just 18 months before she won her Olympic Gold Medal. She has learned that we need to determine where we are going and why it matters. Nikki expresses the importance of setting the attitudes, mindsets, policies, practices and expectations for the culture of discipline. Olympic champions have mastered world-class resilience and you can learn from one of the best.
How To Create a Results-Driven Team With Purpose, Focus and Balanced Leadership
The U.S. Team has always been a force to be reckoned with at the Olympic Games. They have become a robust powerhouse because they have learned a clear understanding of developing strong communication, conflict resolution, trusty leaders, mutual compassion, cooperative goals and compelling buy-in. These are the same skills that make a powerful AND proud business entity. It is essential to figure out the ties and communication that will give everyone their greatest support and produce the strongest collective results. Just like employees in a business, Nikki understands that an individual sport athlete sets personal goals but it takes everyone to help us succeed and the awards are won for the team.
Survival in a Climate of Fear:
What Animals Can Teach Us in a Pandemic World
Look around you. You, me, everyone on our planet, is—at this moment—living in crisis mode. Existential worry for oneself, for our loved ones, eclipses all other thoughts. We live in a state of constant fear and unspeakable stress. Our imperative: We must survive to care for those we love.
Wild creatures survive crises amidst the planet’s harshest conditions every day…and endure contagion. How do they do it? More importantly, what tools do they employ and what lessons can they impart to aid us in a radically redefined pandemic world?
Join zoologist, author and explorer, Jim Knox to learn how nature combats its most deadly foe and learn how we humans can model behaviors to survive—and even thrive—amidst crisis.
Hope from The Wild World:
Tales of Inspiration and Resilience
In our hyper-connected 21st century world of nearly eight billion, we have become afflicted as one. Never has our species needed messages of hope and inspiration more than today. In the throes of a global pandemic, the rules have changed. Personal safety, the safety of our loved ones—the very next meal we eat—are stark, immediate realities for so many.
Enter, Nature. She has fed, clothed, sheltered and taught us for millennia. Now it is time for her to teach us once more. Today, through stories of inspiration, she can imbue us with both hope and resolve.
Join zoologist, author and explorer, Jim Knox as he shares tales of animal inspiration and resilience, transporting us—for a time—to a place where fear cannot journey and wonder dwells.
Starting Over with Jeremiah Brown
In the span of a couple months, we’ve been forced into unfamiliar territory, and many
of us are groping in the dark for the way forward.
If you look closely enough there’s a small gift, too. It’s the opportunity
to reassess our approach. To reflect on what has been, and
truly reset our minds and commitment to new ways, to different ways, of moving forward.
Jeremiah Brown has spent most of his adult life starting over
from scratch every four years. From commercial banker, to Olympic medallist, to
Canadian sport leader, to author and speaker. And, most recently, from speaking at 40+
events per year to having his calendar cleared overnight from COVID-19. Jeremiah now
has an opportunity to put his money where his mouth is. To adapt.
Jeremiah will take you on his remarkable Olympic journey and use the power of story to articulate the
psychological, emotional, and environmental factors and insights that give each
of us the best chance at turning this adversity into opportunity.
